Sip, Savor, and Swing
Get ready for an unforgettable day at our annual Wine & 9 Golf Outing, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan! This fun, female-focused golf event offers an un-intimidating setting to experience playing in an organized outing for the first time.
It will include:
- complimentary lessons
- nine holes of golf
- games and prizes
- wine and networking!
Dress Code: Pipestone Creek is a relaxed course, so there’s no need for a full golf outfit. Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move and swing. Ensure you have closed-toe shoes, and please, no holes where there shouldn’t be any.
New to Golf? If you’re new to the game, bring your enthusiasm and a dozen golf balls, along with some tees. You can purchase them at your favorite sporting goods store or at Pipestone Creek on the day of the event.
Drink Tickets: During check-in, you’ll receive three drink tickets redeemable for wine only. Beer and mixed drinks will be available for purchase at the clubhouse.
Club Rental: We have a limited number of clubs available for use. If you need a set, please respond as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Golf Clinic: Join our free golf clinic at 1:00 p.m., where you’ll learn the basics of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Local Golf Pros will also be on hand to assist you on the course.
Games:
- Longest Drive Contests: Test your long drive skills and compete for prizes.
- Closest to the Pin: See who can get closest to the pin on a Par 3 hole.
- Golf Pro Drive: Pay our golf pro $5 to use their drive on a special hole.
We’ll also be awarding prizes for the best and worst team score, as well as the best team photo.
